Maybe they will fall in love like Monica and Chandler?

I usually phone in the backgrounds, but I had to at least make an effort to show that this is a proper dungeon. So I splurged and drew a set of manacles on the wall. Super high detail, too. Mostly in the part that is covered by speech bubbles. Serious comic artists usually anticipate where the words go and lay out the panel accordingly. Then there's me.

Well, we can't just cut to black for a few minutes while Sheena administers first aid, so let's see what else is going on in the mansion...

Boilerplate:
The Real Superheroines of Hive Valley is a webcomic about a reality television show following the lives of seven public domain superheroines that all live together in the same mansion in the elite community of Hive Valley.

You can read the series from the beginning ---> HERE.

Created in Clip Studio Paint Pro on my mobile art studio which is a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+. Here is the time lapse video (but you got to click on the link, the string of text with the blue letters, not on the image, the image is just an image and I can't figure out a way to make it into a hyperlink or to embed a Rumble video into HIVE blog):

You tend to have a lot of talking in your posts, so some layout planning ought to help. I guess you have to try and layout the bubbles to show the flow of conversation.

Yeah, I'm sure there are whole courses on comic page layout that I've never looked at. But if I draw chains on a wall I sure as heck want everyone to see my chains on a wall!
