Mystery Island 021

a webcomic, by Matt S. Law

It looks like that GiveSendGo campaign really paid off. Long John Silver has himself a new flying ship. And presumably a new army of CannonBots.
But what does he want with Fantomah?
Although, it was her rack that propelled his social media campaign to the moon.
Boilerplate:
The Real Superheroines of Hive Valley is a webcomic about a reality television show following the lives of seven public domain superheroines that all live together in the same mansion in the elite community of Hive Valley.
You can read the series from the beginning ---> HERE.

This could be the most thrilling, exciting and great feeling death he has every had!
At minimum, it will be something that will be hard to top.
It's like Batman in The Dark Knight Returns. Three or four times he tells himself "this would be a good death." Old LJS is trying to Die his best Death Now!
That was some of the best writing i read. I want more Dark Night Returns, but i know its not reproducible. The setup was only there for the first to create it. And the work was so fine.
But, then comes Kingdom Come.
I do like to borrow some style points from Dark Knight. Like my sentence fragments in the chaotic scenes. And of course just stealing entire pages from it. Loved Kingdom Come as well.
I spent the day in the Fullerton, CA library. They had a big section of graphic novels so I read "Heroes in Crisis," which was quite meh. Need recommendations for epic comic stories!
Ummmm, find Neil Gaiman's Books of Magic.
The first four are magical, through and through.
I couldn't read after the fairy queen incident. But, it was VERY good story telling.
Oh, I did read those first four... That's with Tim the Harry Potter clone, right? I didn't know there were more than four books.
I think that Harry Potter was the clone, far later did i read Harry Potty.
Anyway, the important character is Neil Gaiman's Death. My heart throb!
The comic books went a long ways. Far past the original 16. But i do not remember what number they went to.
