Fantomah is taking some quiet time to contemplate the ocean. Sheena may have had her nature communion time interrupted by drunk strangers, but that will most likely not be the case for Fantomah. Because she's scary. Not much to say about this panel.

I can relate... IMHO the beach is more suited for relaxation & reflection than binge-drinking & beer bongs.
Though I'm open to maybe a bit of boogie-boarding in between naps... 😉
Even though I grew up in Hawaii I am not much of a beach goer. I just hate being salty.
