I AM FASCINATED BY COFFEE IN ITS DIFFERENT PRESENTATIONS [ENG-ESP]

Greetings my dear friends and coffee lovers, you are all cordially welcome to a new journey through my blog. I am still on my days off and I enjoy sharing with my family so I wanted to share with them one of the great versatilities of coffee.

It turns out that days ago I learned a new strategy to reuse coffee, I am aware that coffee is delicious freshly brewed, for its rich aroma and indisputable flavor and that when there is a little of it left very few people like it reheated for different factors that intervene in its properties. However, it would also be a very bad taste to waste this drink, so I want to present two good options.

We can use a cooler (ice cube mold) and make frozen coffee cubes and then use them for the preparation of a delicious frappuccino coffee, where this will be more concentrated since if you use the frozen coffee and follow this same recommendation with the portions of milk, It will not be necessary to add ice to your drink and it will be truly delicious and creamy, I also added my portion of vanilla and once ready I decorated it with a cinnamon powder on top and we can consume it in our favorite moments and accompanied by the snack like these rich chocolate cookies.

Similarly, if you just want to have an iced coffee and something quick for these summer days that hit intensely, you can just use the milk and add the frozen coffee cubes, with their respective cinnamon to taste and enjoy your refreshing drink, you leave your comfort zone to innovate in a different presentation and above all you can refresh yourself in these days where the sun is so hot that you want to have a cold drink and certainly the coffee can be the right answer to your need.

At home we enjoyed this combination with the coffee frappe with little sugar because combining it with the cookies could make us cloyingly sweet and it was an experience that my children, my sister and nephews who were visiting enjoyed and we hope to repeat in future opportunities.

Saludos mis queridos amigos y amantes del café, sean todos cordialmente bienvenidos a un nuevo recorrido por medio de mi blog. Aún sigo en mis días de descanso y disfruto al máximo el compartir con mi familia por lo que quise compartir con ellos una de las grandes versatilidades del café.

Resulta que hace días aprendí una nueva estrategia para reutilizar el café, estoy consciente que el café es delicioso recién hecho, por su rico aroma y sabor indiscutible y que cuando queda un poco de este a muy pocas personas les gusta recalentado por diferentes factores que intervienen en sus propiedades. Sin embargo, también sería un muy mal gusto desperdiciar está bebida, por lo que les quiero presentar dos buenas opciones.

Podemos utilizar una hielera (molde de cubitos de hielo) y hacer cubitos de café congelados y luego utilizarlos para la preparación de un delicioso café frappuccino, dónde este será más concentrado ya que si utilizas el café congelado y sigues está misma recomendación con las porciones de leche, no será necesario agregarle hielo a tu bebida y está te quedará verdaderamente deliciosa y cremosa, también le agregue mi porción de vainilla y una vez lista la decore con una canela en polvo por encima y la podemos consumir en nuestros momentos preferidos y acompañado de la merienda como estas ricas galletas de chocolate.

Del mismo modo, si solo quieres tomar un café helado y que sea algo rápido para estos días de verano que pegan intensamente, solo puedes usar la leche ya está agregarle los cubos de café congelados, con su respectiva canela al gusto y disfrutas de tu bebida refrescante, sales de tu zona de confort al innovar en una presentación diferente y sobre todo te puedes refrescar en estos días donde el sol está tan caliente que quieres tomar una bebida fría y sin duda alguna el café puede ser la respuesta oportuna a tu necesidad.

En casa disfrutamos esta combinación con el frappe del café con poco azúcar porque al combinarla con las galletas nos podía empalagar tanto dulce y fue una experiencia que mis hijos, mi hermana y sobrinos que estaban de visita disfrutaron y esperamos repetir en próximas oportunidades.
