CHALLENGE RULES

RULESET: FIRE AND REGRET

Description: All units receive the Return Fire ability at the start of the battle. Enemy units that attack with ranged attacks receive damage back.

Info:

• Damage returned is equal to damage of the attacker divided by 2, rounded up.
• Ranged attack units with the Reflection Shield ability do not take damage from reflected magic attacks.
• The Amplify ability increases damage.

The Battle

Battle Rulesets	Description	Info
WEAK MAGIC	Magic attacks hit Armor before reducing Health.	Protect, Repair, Rust are useful in this ruleset. Beware the opponent could choose only Melee and Ranged monsters, so keep a tank with Shield.
FOG OF WAR	Monsters lose the Sneak, Snipe, and Opportunity abilities.	A good tank and a balanced lineup of Magic and Ranged monsters is the trick to win in this ruleset. Keep your monsters in ascending order of their HP.
FIRE AND REGRET	All Monsters have the Return Fire ability.	Try to avoid ranged monsters.

Lineup

It was a mid-mana wild diamond game.

Card	Strategy
	Lux Vega - My default choice in most games. Most of the time, her stats are ideal for this game.
	Jared Scar - One of the few regular monsters with Bloodlust ability, with Pierce if he can survive some attack, can be very serious.
	Spirit Hoarder - An average natural monster, can be a decent choice in a lot of teams. Nothing special, but it's good overall.
	Djinn Renova - I used it very often, both the 2 support skills are ideal in almost every game, and the 4 magic damage makes her very good DPS.
	Iziar - She is still my favorite Legendary soulbound card. Taunt with huge health and martyr ability makes her queen of high mana life games. Not the best for Fog of War, but I think still a good choice.
	Scavo Hireling - Good armor supporter and for anti-speed. Good combination with the Fiend.
	Soul Fiend - Filler of the Life splinter. I think the speed boost is the best skill of Fiends.

Battle - Replay

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

No. My enemy had too strong cards, I tried different teams after the game, but I had no chance. Otherwise 4,8 SPS / game it not a bad thing.
