Not Smelly, Fish Port

As my friend and I crossed the Pantal River to visit deaf students there, we passed by the fish port which Dagupan City is also known for. Meanwhile, the fare is only 10 pesos. Sounds cheap but only few years ago, it's only five pesos. It shows the fee has doubled. My husband also said that 10 years ago, the fare is only 2 pesos.

I noticed that the water of the river isn't smelly. Last year, I crossed the river with my German friend, and it's quite smelly. Yes, the river is undoubtedly polluted. I also noticed it's not that dirty. Only few floating trash are around, and that's good.
