Life Along the Pond

As I have grown up along the pond (yes, our house is in a compound surrounded by fish ponds), I know how life is there. My husband once told me that he's afraid to have a house along the pond because he's afraid of lightning.

For me, I miss life along the pond, except the toxic and oppressive neighbors which gave me trauma. It's windy, the views are beautiful, and you can even have free foods because someone will just knock on your door and give some fish or seafoods.

That's why while we are traveling in this area in Binmaley, I kinda miss my life back then. I'm happy now with my husband, but it's just nostalgic.
