Flood in Many Places

It's been around a couple of weeks when the peak of floods has affected our province. Its effects is still around in many places. Last weekend, we headed to Dagupan City, our territory for the field service.

The places assigned to us seemed impossible to visit. Most places are still flooded badly. Houses of some of our deaf students are still submerged. It's a sad thing that we're unable to see them.

Flood control seemed not to work properly. Drainages are too high, and roads are elevated. What happened is the flood waters are flowing to the houses which are already at a low base.
