create a keystore wallet, then sign up for an account and choose payout in dash, add your new keystore wallet address, now every 7 days your hive and leo earnings are converted to dash and deposited in your wallet via www.leodex.io

I am a bit confused. Are you saying that I can earn dash with my existing hive account ?

You need a Keystore wallet, and then try using your existing Hive account, then selct receive payouts in Dash when you get far enough along in the process.
