Shopnilhasan here to discuss with you about ATM machine main parts. I an Engineer and doing job as Technical support Engineer at reputed ATM machine sales and service company. I love my job very much and try to do it with the utmost attention. In fact, I can say that it is truly a joy to do something I love and do it with great pleasure, which helps me to move forward constantly. I work on a machine that is a combined machine that combines electrical, mechanical, electronics, networking, and software. This machine constantly presents me with new challenges, but I deal with them with the utmost efficiency and move forward.
Today I will again discuss with you some of the important parts of an ATM machine. In fact, ATM machines are very complex and made up of various delicate devices. You won't be able to work well here unless you have a good knowledge of this machine. I have been working on this machine for a long time and because I have a good understanding of it, I am constantly able to solve its problems. Anyway, let's go over the various subtleties of ATM today.
Today I want to discuss a very important and great spare part of the ATM machine, which is the card reader. Without it, the machine is completely useless, but it will be necessary to withdraw money with a card. If there is no card reader, then you can withdraw money only through mobile banking. However, since we all want to withdraw money with a card, we definitely need it.
This card reader has different parts and they do different things. On the Front part of the card reader is called Throat. This throat takes the card. It has width sensor and top sensors, they measure the card width and read the megnatic field of the card reader.
Then motor pick that card in and stopped on bottom of chip reader. This Chip reader reads the information from chip of the card. This Chip reader catch the card holder account information. And send it main server.
It has a small motor and belt's to operate whole functions. There is also upper and lower sensor. That controls the cards movements.
If anyone give wrong pin code of 3 times this card reader takes this card reader in it and never give to the customer.
We replace some spare parts of this card reader according to needs.
