ATM machine seris: Discussion about Some Major part's of ATM.

Shopnilhasan here to discuss with you about ATM machine main parts. I an Engineer and doing job as Technical support Engineer at reputed ATM machine sales and service company. I love my job very much and try to do it with the utmost attention. In fact, I can say that it is truly a joy to do something I love and do it with great pleasure, which helps me to move forward constantly. I work on a machine that is a combined machine that combines electrical, mechanical, electronics, networking, and software. This machine constantly presents me with new challenges, but I deal with them with the utmost efficiency and move forward.

Today I will again discuss with you some of the important parts of an ATM machine. In fact, ATM machines are very complex and made up of various delicate devices. You won't be able to work well here unless you have a good knowledge of this machine. I have been working on this machine for a long time and because I have a good understanding of it, I am constantly able to solve its problems. Anyway, let's go over the various subtleties of ATM today.

Ac motor pump

The AC motor pump is one of the most important parts of this ATM machine. The AC motor pump creates a vacuum and this air is used to deliver the money to the customer through the belt of the Peak model. This AC motor pump is attached to the back of an AC motor and creates vacuum air from within it. And through this pump, money is paid to the customer through a deposit. These AC pumps get damaged after a certain period of time and we reinstall these AC motor pumps.

Cassets

These are a type of plastic box that holds the Witr money and from here, the money is extracted from the vacuum created by the vacuum pump and given to the customer. A cassette contains 5000 taka notes and a thousand rupee note. Moreover, some machines dispense 100 taka notes to give to the customer. A cassette can hold 2000 notes and these 2000 notes are pulled out from here by fax to the customer.

Exit Shutter

This is the very last part of the machine that is in the ATM machine. The money is paid to the customer through a one-day swim, the last part where the money is given to the customer during withdrawal is the exit Shutter.

Air filter

It is introduced through a plastic air filter, like a sieve, filtering air. This is a device through which money and machine dust are filtered. So all the dust gets stuck in this filter. We clean these filters after a certain period of time and the machine runs smoothly after that.

Suction cup

Suction cups are small, natural objects made of rubber. It uses the vacuum created by the vacuum pump to hold the money and lift it upwards. The function of this suction cup is only to hold the money and deliver it to the belt. But if for some reason these suction cups get damaged, no money will be raised and the entire machine will stop working. This means that you understand how important this suction cup is to us.

Presenter

The presenter is one of the most important parts of an ATM machine. Money reaches the customer through this presenter. We consider this presenter to be the most important part because it contains several important mechanisms through which the money is transported from one place to another and finally to the consumer. These presents are made of various types of belt gears, rubber, sesame leaves, and other materials, and their models are very modern, resulting in customers receiving money very smartly.
