The benefits I derive in from current place of work

Fortunately I'm a teacher, maybe someone is already saying how's that even fortunately, don't worry I'll explain in details, I understand that teaching especially in my country is one of those jobs that aren't valued as they ought to, it's true that we're underpaid workers, but then it's left to the person to make use of his or her opportunity, I believe there are alot of benefit in being a teacher, even though the benefits are outside my job. Yeah as a teacher I've more time to do other things, other things I mean profitable things that could fetch me lot of money even more than what I get as salary, if there's one thing I enjoy asides imparting knowledge in my pupils, it's the time I have to myself.

Every teacher in my school is expected to resume work by 7:30am in the morning and close by 2:pm, luckily for me, my school is not into extra class, so from that closing hour till the next day, I've it all to myself and I made sure that I always utilize it well.
In teaching, we usually have mid term breaks, that's in the middle of the term, there will be two working days break, and I normally use this period to go see my family and then resume work the following week again. The main time that I usually have to myself is when we're on holiday.

After each term we do have at least three weeks holiday, during those times I'll be at home and I would have time to critically face my online activities, most times I do wish the holiday continues, but it's not possible, like now we're in third term and we're also starting our exams this week, after the term ends, we will be having a long vacation which will last for two good months, this is usually the best of the best time for me because I'll more than enough time to do many things. So the time I have to do other lucrative things is one of the most important thing why I like my kind of work in general.

However talking about my place of work, like I said earlier that I'm a teacher, during the posting, I was fortunately posted to a rural area, even though as at that time, I was complaining that I wanted to relocate to the city but now I'm seeing the advantage of the rural area where I'm posted.
Firstly, the students aren't much, as a teaching service commission staff, I'm only meant to teach senior secondary school and each of those classes here are just one arm, from S.S 1 to S.S 3, with this I don't see any work load, the work is stress free.

Secondly, we have a very good computer laboratory, the government provided some selected schools in the rural areas a well equipped computer laboratory and some were provided with a standard science laboratory suitable for chemistry, biology and agricultural science practicals.
So as a computer teacher, I manage the computer laboratory here, and the lab has a free WiFi, and I also have access to a laptop that I can take home for personal use. The free WiFi is always making me stay extra hours at work, after the closing hour which is 2pm I still stay back till 5pm or even more to enjoy the free WiFi.

Lastly, being in the rural area I also enjoy the benefit of having access to some piece of land which I can use for farming purposes. Even though I don't really know much about farming but my students are very good at it, that's their main business here, most of their parent also has farms, so they know alot about farming already. They usually help me sometimes after closing hour to work on the farm, presently I have maize, guinea corn, cassava and yam on my farm, very soon I'll be harvesting them all, which I'll also be updating my fellow farmers about it in the appropriate community.

Amongst all this mentioned, I can only lose interest in this place, if the computer laboratory is no longer function or lets say it's not there, because it's the main reason I agreed to stay when I was posted there in the first place. If you take away the computer laboratory I'll be forced to process my transfer to another place because that's what have been keeping me busy and also making this place lively.
