A professional career is a very interesting topic to discuss, after all, this is one of those subjects that generates doubts in us since we enter adolescence, a phase in which we begin to think about which profession to pursue. As much as there are vocation tests to help us, I believe that, in truth, we never really know what we want for our future in this regard, so is there any right or wrong in all this?

In my opinion, we shouldn't get so attached to following just one career, I think we are free to choose how to live in this regard, whether it's working for a boss, here in Brazil we call it salaried work, that is, we receive a salary and normally have a contract with the company, and we sign our card, also called CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) and well, this way we become an employee of that company or person, but there are also those who work on their own, so he is both a boss and an employee of yourself.

Therefore, in this way we can say that we should only do what is best for us, so if someone wants to work their whole life in a single company or career, they have that right and freedom to choose to do that, if what they chose for themselves is matches what you want and like, why not? And the same for those who are informal workers (those who work on their own) is what we call it here in Brazil, even though it is not something that is ok for the government, state and people, this is also a career to follow, Why seek to fulfill your dream and do what you love?

There is a saying that talks exactly about this, do what you like and you will never need to work, that's why I say we should look for what we really want in our professional life. Now, regarding the part of pursuing several careers at the same time, it may be that the person cannot deliver their best if they do many different things at the same time, such as, for example, having two different jobs or something like that, but, if everything adapts to what she is doing, this shows that the person is not afraid to pursue what she wants, whether it is earning better money or just doing her job for fun.

This freedom of choice, if the person is open-minded, can allow them to live countless experiences and always seek a new challenge, a new source of fuel for their focus and this can be something incredible. I've had some friends and every now and then I see news about people who were in a career and suddenly changed, a friend of mine who was a programmer stopped working with all the security guards at CLT and opened a food business for himself, I think it was a sale of snacks with different fillings and well, he kind of threw everything he studied and learned aside and pursued this goal. As much as I thought it was something drastic, he confirmed to me that he did it because he wanted to, because he also had an affinity with food and fast foods.

In the eyes of some people, what he did was crazy, irresponsible, but I ask again, what's the problem? If a person is sure of what they want, they have to try to pursue it and do what they like. Doing or not doing will always have a finger pointed at us, so what's the point of following an imaginary rulebook, if in the end we will be accused of not having done something or having left something behind, it's always like that. Your professional career is yours, so follow what you want, what you dream of and no matter how much they say it won't work, just do your best to get where you want to go.

A carreira profissional é um tema bem interessante de se comentar, afinal, esse é um daqueles assuntos que nos geram dúvidas desde que entramos na adolescência, fase que começamos a pensar em qual profissão seguir. Por mais que existam testes de vocação, para que nos ajude, acredito que, na verdade, nunca sabemos bem o que desejamos para o nosso futuro nesse quesito, então, existe algum certo ou errado nisso tudo?

No meu pensamento não devemos nos apegar tanto a seguir apenas uma carreira, acho que somos livres para escolher como viver nesse quesito, seja trabalhar para algum patrão, aqui no Brasil chamamos de trabalho assalariado, ou seja, recebemos um salário e normalmente temos um contrato com a empresa, e assinamos a nossa carteira, também chamado de CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) e bem, assim nos tornamos funcionário dessa empresa ou pessoa, mas também existem aqueles que trabalham por conta própria, então assim ele é patrão e funcionário de si.

Portanto, dessa forma podemos dizer que devemos apenas fazer aquilo que seja melhor para nós, então se alguém quer trabalhar a vida toda em uma única empresa ou carreira, ela tem esse direito e liberdade de escolher fazer isso, se o que ela escolheu para ela corresponde com o que quer e gosta, por que não? E o mesmo para aqueles que são trabalhadores informais (os que trabalham por conta própria) é assim que chamamos aqui no Brasil, por mais que não seja algo que esteja ok para o governo, estado e pessoas, isso também é uma carreira a seguir, por que buscar realizar o seu sonho e fazer o que gosta?

Existe um ditado que fala exatamente sobre isso, faça o que gosta e você nunca irá precisar trabalhar, por isso digo que devemos buscar o que realmente queremos para a nossa vida profissional. Agora quanto a parte de seguir várias carreiras ao mesmo tempo, pode ser que a pessoa não consiga entregar o seu melhor se fizer muitas coisas diferentes ao mesmo tempo, como, por exemplo, ter dois empregos distintos ou algo do tipo, mas, caso tudo se adapte ao que ela está fazendo, isso mostra que a pessoa não tem medo de buscar o que ela deseja, seja ganhar melhor ou apenas fazer por diversão o seu trabalho.

Essa liberdade de escolha, se a pessoa for de mente aberta, pode fazer com que ela viva inúmeras experiencias e busque sempre um novo desafio, uma nova fonte de combustível para o seu foco e isso pode ser algo incrível. Já tive alguns amigos e uma vez ou outra vejo notícias de pessoas que estravam em uma carreira e do nada mudaram, um amigo meu que era programador parou de trabalhar com todas as seguranças da CLT e abriu um negócio para ele de alimentação, acho que era uma venda de salgados com diferentes recheios e bem, ele meio que jogou tudo o que estudou e aprendeu de lado e foi seguir esse objetivo. Por mais que eu tenha achado que foi algo drástico, ele me confirmou que fez porque quis, porque também tinha uma afinidade com alimentos e fast foods.

Aos olhos de algumas pessoas, o que ele fez foi uma loucura, uma irresponsabilidade, mas volto a perguntar, qual o problema? Se a pessoa tem certeza do que quer, ela tem que procurar correr atrás disso e fazer o que gosta. Fazendo ou não fazendo sempre terá um dedo apontado para nós, então do que adianta seguir um livro de regras imaginário, se no fim seremos acusados de não ter feito algo ou ter deixado algo para trás, é sempre assim. Sua carreira profissional é sua, então siga o que você deseja, o que você sonha e por mais que digam que não dará certo, apenas faça o seu melhor para chegar aonde quer chegar.
