[EN/PT-BR] Reflection: Now, yes, a calmer week

This week has been very calm, it even scares me how things are. I think that 1 or 2 weeks ago I was complaining that everything was very complicated, that some negative things had happened and everything, and here I am, saying that up until now, everything has been very easy and great.

Life is like that. I don't know what tomorrow will be like, but today, the moment I'm in, is what I can say has been pleasant. So, sometimes we just need to be calm, patient and understand that going through the worst possible moment is part of it. Of course, we won't always be able to stay calm and have peace of mind, but that's what we try to do.

Sometimes the days are sunny and others are rainy, sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot and that's how it is. We may feel bad when we're prepared for something we planned to do during the day when they said it would be sunny, but that day it rained. It's a shame, but these things are beyond our control and accepting it is what we can do.

Grumbling and complaining won't change the weather, but that doesn't mean that this day needs to be wasted, we can do many other things. With that, sun and many clouds may come tomorrow, we just have to wait for it to happen. Worry about what we can control and understand what we can't control.

Trying to simplify like this, in my opinion, does us a lot of good.

Essa semana foi bem tranquila, até me assusto como as coisas são. Acho que há 1 ou 2 semanas estava reclamando que tudo estava bem complicado, que algumas coisas negativas tinham acontecido e tudo mais e aqui estou, falando que simplesmente até o momento, foi tudo bem leve e super de boa.

A vida é assim. Não sei como vai ser amanhã, mas o hoje, o momento em que estou é o que posso dizer que foi agradável. Então, as vezes só precisamos ter calma, paciência e entender que passar pelo pior momento possível faz parte. Claro que nem sempre iremos conseguir manter a calma, a paz de espirito, mas é o que tentamos fazer.

As vezes os dias são de sol e outros de chuva, em um certo período é frio e no outro é calor e ficamos nisso. Podemos achar ruim quando estamos preparados para algo que planejamos fazer durante o dia no qual falaram que iria ter sol, mas naquele dia choveu. É uma pena, mas essas coisas estão além do nosso controle e aceitar é o que podemos fazer.

Resmungar e reclamar não vai mudar o clima, mas isso não quer dizer que este dia precisa ser perdido, podemos fazer muitas outras coisas. Com isso, sol e muitas nuvens podem vim amanhã, apenas temos que esperar isso acontecer. Se preocupar com o que podemos controlar e entender o que não podemos controlar.

Tentar simplificar assim, na minha opinião, faz um grande bem para nós.
