Certainly something that made the news this week was the Hollywood writers' strike, who took this decision to demand better working conditions and wages. I could do an analysis focused only on the news itself, but that is not the point I want to present in this post.

What I want to talk to you about is the dimension of this collective attitude, which on the negative side, we can say that productions will be delayed and maybe even lost, yes, that can happen, but in my opinion it is irrelevant, after all, the struggle of these workers it is the main point of everything.

The super positive point is to see people uniting around a cause and a goal: better conditions, for everything and I totally agree with that. We are in a world where we work too much and live too little, so any category that comes together to improve this should be seen with empathetic eyes because of you.

Disturbing, yes, it can, in several aspects, but we must not throw words of hate or resentment at them, they are looking for something better and just as they are doing, we can do it in some way too. It doesn't have to be just a strike, but to demand improvements, there are numerous ways in which we can do this.

Not being afraid or ashamed to look for what is best for you is an incredible attitude and even more so when you collectively look for it, putting even the social side before the individual side is even more incredible and shows that we can have a level of collective consciousness that works to improve a community, category, group or any set of people.

I hope from the bottom of my heart that their claims come true!

Com certeza algo que virou notícia essa semana foi a greve dos roteiristas de Hollywood, que tomaram essa decisão para reivindicar melhores condições de trabalho e de salário. Poderia fazer uma análise focada apenas na notícia em si, mas não é esse o ponto que quero apresentar nessa postagem.

O que quero conversar com vocês é sobre a dimensão desta atitude coletiva, que pelo lado negativo, podemos colocar que as produções serão atrasadas e talvez até perdidas, sim, isso pode acontecer, mas na minha opinião é irrelevante, afinal, a luta destes trabalhadores é o ponto principal de tudo.

O ponto super positivo é ver as pessoas se unindo em volta de uma causa e um objetivo: melhores condições, para tudo e eu concordo demais com isso. Estamos em um mundo onde trabalhamos demais e vivemos de menos, então toda e qualquer categoria que se une para melhorar isso deve ser vista com olhos de empatia por sua causa.

Atrapalhar, pode, sim, em vários aspectos, mas não devemos jogar palavras de ódio ou rancor nelas, estão buscando algo melhor e assim como eles estão fazendo, podemos fazer de alguma forma também. Não precisa ser unicamente realizar uma greve, mas, para reivindicar melhorias, existem inúmeras formas na qual podemos realizar isso.

Não ter medo ou vergonha de buscar o que é melhor para você, é uma atitude incrível e ainda mais quando você procura por isso coletivamente, colocando até o lado social na frente do lado individual é mais incrível ainda e mostra que podemos ter um nível de consciência coletiva que funciona buscando melhorar para uma comunidade, categoria, grupo ou qualquer conjunto de pessoas.
