LOH COMMUNITY CONTEST #182- A WAY OUT.

The LOH prompts for the week are both beautiful and very thoughtful. I could relate more to the second prompt because I'm the only girl with brothers who depend on my cooking. Despite the fact I don't work a physical job, my job is certainly my way out of many things. When I'm not in school or out with my friends, I'm mostly at home and boy is it a hassle, especially with three brothers who are solely dependent on you cooking every meal for them.

Now, don't get me wrong, I love my brothers. They're a lot sometimes but they're my best friends at certain times too, I don't want to leave my bed, or do anything but I can't because I'm constantly being bothered by the only girl role in the house. Responsibilities, like doing chores and handling all the "womanly" roles leave me with little or no time to take care of myself, my thoughts, life or my job in real

So, when I need to escape reality, I pick up my bag and head out to a quiet place with the excuse of work and I'm not bothered for hours. Just experiencing nature, writing from my heart and enjoying people-watching. It's the most peaceful memory, I have. When I'm back, they're probably off somewhere disturbing my mum and my mind is at ease. I just eat, rest and get ready to repeat my cycle tomorrow.
