The man in me speaks
You still see me as a child
The 6 year old crawling around the house
One who could do nothing for himself
Laying helplessly on weak knees
You should know better that a child grows
That years of foolishness fade away
Like the smoke amidst the Air
Diffused until it's seen no more
Now the man in me speak
Roused like a strain of hair in time of terror
It echoes aloud to be free
To breakforth and become a man
I'm no longer a child
Give me bones to chew
For milk is for the toddler
The voice wouldn't cease, until I'm regarded as a man.
Sometimes our parents still regard us as kids. It doesn't matter how old we are, they consider their children as the little babies of yesterday. Sometimes we want to break out but we need the man in us to speak out so loud until we find our place.
This speaks exactly what happens to a lot of people out there whom their parents had denied them freedom to make their own choices. But until the man in us voice up, nothing change
That's right. It comes a time when the violence take it
The mother is the one who sees her fawned son as a child, many times the man's voice is extinguished and we continue to be mom and dad's children. Some reflective and true verses.

Good day.
Haha, you're right, many times the voice is shut off and again, we become that child.
