What will happen to Inleo.io if the number of HIVE nodes approaches zero (no one wants to be part of a slowly dying blockchain)?

As long as Inleo or anyone for that matter continues to run their own node, the chain will technically stay alive. There are actually a few more public nodes running than there used to be. What needs to happen is decentralization of server locations. Too many running on Privex. But yes, I agree, it is slowly dying a painful death. But yet, here we are, lol.

good job explaining it

Most people have no idea how it all works. It’s good to spread awareness

Yeah, maybe if people can see the importance and need for more nodes, we can extend the life of the chain a bit... That's always been one of my value arguments of the chain is that there are so few active public RPC nodes. But it's the same as running a BTC node. There is no real incentive other than just being a part of the decentralization aspect of it. If more witnesses would run full nodes, that would actually be a game changer. It would show more security and stability in the chain and might actually spark some new fundamental interest. Maybe 🤷 I don't know anymore, lol. Just late and tired ramblings at this point, lol.
