I believe they first need to finish the tech modernization stuff before they proceed with the app.
i thought tech modern was done
work on the tech modern and other game update first, then wrap it in an app seems to be the way they did it.
well app i sgood enough we need mobile players to come in and start spending. build up like marvel games or pokemontcg and shit
