Eating Out @Pepper Lunch
Introduction
This Tuesday I went to eat out at Pepper Lunch at Main Place Mall with my boss for dinner. We went there for the 9.90 pepper rice promo for every Tuesday. I think this Tuesday was the last day of the promo but they will probably have some similar promos in the future.
Pepper Lunch
This Japanese restaurant that I went to was located on the 1st Floor of Main Place Mall. Pepper Lunch specializes in cooking quality fast food by using hot metal plates and an electromagnetic cooker. Based on the low reviews, I think the shop is quite new but it still has overall good reviews sitting at 4.3 stars.
Food
I got the beef pepper rice. I could've walked away with spending only RM9.90 but they got me with the add-ons. I ordered an egg and a cheesy sausage with my beef pepper rice. From the picture below, that's how it looked like when I received it. The food was still cooking on the hot metal plate so don't worry I did not eat the beef that rare. The food is simple and delicious! You might have noticed that I didn't order a drink. I didn't order any drinks because I planned to get chagee after the meal.
Concluding Thoughts
I loved what I had. I definitely will come back to try other items on the menu or when they have some new promos. I love the concept of the hot plate and the food came fast! I also felt that the food quality is good. The beef was definitely not some cheap beef. My boss paid for this one and you can see that he got the chicken pepper rice with hot green tea.

I didn't know Pepper Lunch was in Malaysia! There's one in front of the station near me, but I've never actually eaten there. I have carried it a few times for food delivery, but I remember the restaurant smelled great and made me hungry.
