In Dog We Trust 🐶🐶

I was walking to the hospital, minding my own business, the streets unusually quite for the time of day, my shoes clicked against the snow covered pavement, a steady rhythm I found oddly comforting, I had tunnel vision, not even feeling the minus twenty Celsius artic style weather. When out of nowhere, this scruffy dog appeared. Not strolling casually, he rocketed out of a huge snowbank like he had a personal vendetta.

He charged. I froze. But as soon as I faced him, he did the most dramatic double take imaginable, ears back, eyes wide and whoosh, he shot off like a furry rocket straight into a snow bank.

I shook my head and tried to keep going. A few steps later, Bam! There he was again this time bouncing like a jack-in-the-box, I braced myself, but predictability, he skidded on the ice to stop and then ran away.

Only a minute later, I turned around again, and he was behind another snow bank, looking like some sort of Canine James Bond. He sprinted at me, then I yelled "what are you doing dog? And he froze mid leap and ran away again.

I finnally reached the hospital laughing so hard I scared the receptionist. That dog turned my simple walk into a full-blown comedy chase worthy of a Saturday morning cartoon.

I tried to get a photo of him, but he was too fast, so just created a photo of him on the app goart.

After a few minutes at the hospital the doctor was ready to see me, my eye was hurting, I think I scratched it my sleep. So the doctor put a few drops of something in my eye and I was good to go.

So I walked to the Circle K, no dogs chasing me this time, a few people greeted me along the way, I got into the Circle K and bought some sort of wrap and than I made my way back home.

When I got home, I looked into the mirror and I had a whole bunch of orange stuff under my eye, how embarrassing I was walking around for a while with it like that, and no one mentioned a thing or gave me weird looks. I figured the orange stuff was the eye drops!!

So than my wife put me on a mission to go to the Foodland to buy some Idahoan potatoes, just my luck, out into the cold again.

I made it there in record time, the cold motivated to get there fast. Most of the groceries there are really expensive, but there is a few deals sometime.

I got the Idahoan potatoes and I picked up a surprise bag for myself for two dollars and something cents

Now it's time to head home and open my surprise bag.

I found lots of chocolate, a pokemon card, a Doug Gilmour card and other hockey cards, some rockets, pixie sticks and other goodies, it was a great find. Even though my wife says don't buy those surprise packs, because most of the times the candy is expired, I did it anyways today.

My wife really wants to watch the NFL Superbowl today, she convinced me somehow to get TSN so she can watch it, so there goes twelve bucks.

I have officially only watched two minutes of NFL this season, but I'll watch it with her. So I put some money on the game, one whole dollar, I made a totally longshot bet, Drake Maye to get over 243 passing yards, Christian Gonzalez for 2 interceptions, Sam Darnold for 4 touchdowns and DeMarcus Lawrence for 2 player sacks. If I win that bet I will have 1,518.75 dollars. If I somehow win, I will definitely make back the money I spent on TSN.
