Don't Want To Grow Up

It was me and the wife's four year wedding anniversary, and I wanted to do something special for my wife. So I decided to take her to the mall for a day of shopping and fun. As we walked through the empty aisles, yep we got to the mall before everyone else. I could see the excitement in her eyes as we got closer to the Toys R Us, I'm pretty sure that's her fav store, I know it has been closed for years in sooo many countries, but up here in Canada it still exists, I couldn't get that song stuck in my head, "I don't want to grow up" and no not the Ramones song, although that song is pretty rad. The song I'm thinking of is an old vintage commercial from the eighties and nineties

As we made our way to the toy store, something strange happened, I saw a familiar face in the distance, it was Jeffrey The Giraffe, my heart skipped a beat as I tried to process what I was seeing. I grabbed my wife's hand and pulled her towards the toy store and I was determined to get to the bottom of this mystery, as we got closer, I could see that Jeffrey was indeed standing there towering over the shelves of toys with his big, friendly smile.

I then ran up to him as fast as Ben Johnson on stanozolol, leaving my wife behind, I approached him, unsure of what to expect. "Jeffrey
is that really you?: I asked, my voice trembling with disbelief. Jeffrey nodded his head, his eyes twinkling with mischief.

So I then took his photo and then went back to look for my wife, oh no where did she go? Is she still in Toys R Us? so I looked around the Toys R Us and I couldn't find her, maybee she went to MiniSo, I'll bet she is looking at Care Bears there, but I couldn't find here there.

I ended up having to text here to figure out where she was, she was still in the Toys R Us.

So I bought her a new Care Bear for a gift from Toys R Us, the wife really wanted "Good Vibes Bear" this bear loves spreading good vibes wherever she goes.

After that we went grocery shopping and all that fun stuff.
