A few days ago, I went to Rangpur city to see a doctor. After seeing a doctor, on my way back home, I took these pictures while passing by this Shapla Chattar. Because you can also understand that this Shapla Chattar looks very beautiful at night. This place is known as Rangpur Shapla Chattar. And many business establishments have been built around this Shapla Chattar.
