Greetings, my wonderful and beautiful Ladies of Hive!

I have truly missed being here with all of you! This week's contest topics are incredibly exciting, and I extend my heartfelt gratitude to @priyanarc for the fantastic topics. I am eager to share my thoughts and experiences, and I hope you all enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed writing them.

To begin with, if I could live in the world of any movie, it would most likely be in the setting of an Indian film featuring a palace as the backdrop for wedding ceremonies. I am captivated by the way family members come together during these occasions, everyone dressed exquisitely in beautiful and colorful outfits adorned with jewelry. The surroundings are beautifully decorated, with an abundance of food and drinks, lively family events, and joyous dancing. I cherish such vibrant settings and would love to experience them, even if just for a moment.

Secondly, when it comes to choosing between living life according to a schedule or embracing spontaneity, I would undoubtedly opt for a spontaneous lifestyle. A year ago, I might have advocated for a structured routine, but my own life experiences have taught me that spontaneity can be far more rewarding. To clarify, living spontaneously, in my view, does not equate to recklessness. Rather, it involves embracing opportunities as they arise, placing trust in a higher power, and witnessing the wonders of life unfold.

One might adhere strictly to rules only to find themselves unexpectedly challenged by life’s unpredictability. As children, we were taught to attend school, achieve top grades, and secure a corporate 9-to-5 job. Yet here we are, pursuing creative writing and finding fulfillment in ways we never anticipated. In my humble opinion, living more spontaneously allows us to truly experience life, enabling us to enjoy every moment rather than merely exist.

In conclusion, prayer has always been my refuge during challenges, a source of gratitude for blessings, and a means of seeking clarity in life. My first priority each morning is to pray. Upon waking, I engage in a specific prayer, followed by my morning prayers and additional supplications. My faith in prayer is so strong that if I set out to achieve something for the day but fall short, I reflect on whether I specifically asked for it in my prayers.

I even pray for simple, everyday joys, like, “God, please let me laugh a lot today.” It may sound cheesy, but I genuinely pray for laughter each day. To conclude a productive day, I also express my gratitude through prayer, thanking God for the blessings of the day and hoping to rise the next morning to accomplish even greater things.
