I recently learned about Medieval sleeping habits. People used to have "first sleep" soon after sunset. Then they would awake for a few hours at night for "the watch" or "vigil" in which they would engage in reading, prayer, or chores. Eventually, they would go back to bed to awake by morning.
So, I'm awake now.

In Simple words:
Good Morning 👀
This is my first time hearing about this.
It was news to me as well. Now I find it less annoying if I wake up in the middle of the night. And I'm more likely to go to bed early.
