These changes are a good adaptive idea, but it's going to give you even more work and I think that's unfair.
I thought that systematically burning the CCDs sent for voting would be enough, that's what's done for the neoxian voting bot I think.
As for paying for votes, that's widely done on Hive, for example you just have to buy and keep BRO tokens to benefit from an automatic upvote, that's just an illustration.
I remain a fervent supporter of CCD and of course keep all my tokens.
