I've been observing this supermarket i go to. The Supermarket keeps moving stuff around. Are they trying to make us wander the store longer

Most annoying thing ever. My store just did this and I seriously considered changing stores for that alone.
I got so frustrated when it happened if not that what I wanted was a necessity and didn't want to waste time I wouldn't bother staying there any longer
