If I backtrack from when was the last time I was sick, it was after a few days from New Year's Eve of 2021, before that, I got sick after I got the vaccine, but other than that, the last time I could remember I was sick was 2018, From somewhere between 2013 to 2017 I probably get sick ones a year probably because of change in climate, and a big part of this I think, is same as you I would only go for the over the counter meds when my condition is worse, over that I stay active with sports and staying outdoor and getting out of the city whenever I can. so I guess it really helps a lot you know. Have you seen the movie attached to this post?

Yes! I really enjoyed it. Only wish more would be aligned with this kind of things.
asking me to sign a quitclaim waiver before endorsing a "cure" and this "cure" may or may not work. LOL, that was such a bullcrap, well at least in my world. I felt something was taken from me after having that first dose, and nope never did that again. haven't been sick ever since.
