If I am understanding the proposed plan, much of the remaining SURGE is going to be moved over to Arbitrum in the next few days. How do you think that will impact the pricing of HE "wrapped" SURGE?

Yes, this a somewhat unique situation as LEO has substantially derived much of its value, from a tight coupling to Hive itself. With that link being diminished or sundered the value proposition itself may appear uncertain to onchain speculators.
