I stopped sleeping at 4 AM and started sleeping at 2. I thought I’d wake up at 9 Am instead of 11 AM but now I wake up at 2 PM without an alarm. What the hell!!!

Changing your sleep timing can mess with your circadian rhythm, especially if you’re not using an alarm, and probably even more at those hours. When I go to sleep after 2 I usually feel super tired the next day, no matter how long I sleep.

I actually felt alright going to sleep at 3 or 4 every night lol

I guess it’s not as easy as just scaling it back

I changed my sleep time and almost the same shit happened 😅
I thought I'll get equal results and the whole time f*ked up big time. Maybe your body thought you wanted a deep deep sleep
