We’ve moved our goalpost of starting a cafe/shop from March 2026 to January!

I already made a general business plan. Tomorrow I’m going to write up a detail timeline for the next year.

in Tokyo! This is a crazy idea but our craziest ideas always work better than our normal ideas so we just want to keep the costs down and prepare as much as possible

Have you been able to use ChatGPT to guide through that. Some friends of mine say it's cool to use for that

hahaha I’m sure that could work in a corporate setting where there are lots of funds and workers and locations are interchangeable but for a local shop in Tokyo on a budget like ours, you have to be insane to open a shop, more insane than chatgpt. We are far more insane than chat gpt and so I think maybe our plan would work.
