Some Color Here, Some Black, White and Grey There

I've always loved taking pictures, recently learned to love editing them to see how they can look.
Now normally, I use the HDR Snapchat filters to do these. I noticed how it does look a bit off putting sometimes, but I guess I was too lazy or maybe not pushed enough to change it.
Well that changed when @erikah let me know how low quality it was in my post here.
This is something I already had an inkling about, yet decided to post anyway.

Regardless, I'm here to say I've stopped that and decided to go into real photo editing apps so I can try my best to not sabotage a photo.

I downloaded Snapseed a while back and I'm still learning the ropes on it using the method I know how best, the good ol' trial and error.
Might take a while so until then please bear with me.

Regardless, since this is a community for monochrome and it is traditional a monomad Monday, I say let's get down to it.

The next couple of pictures are pictures taken from my way back from work.

Funnily enough, these are some scenes I've not photographed before even though I've walked passed them a million times over.

That's something I just love about nature and street photography, because it may be the same scene, the same road or the same city, but nothing is actually always the same.

Sometimes it may just be the clouds giving you a funny or over serious look.
Other times you might see an odd puddle shape or a spill of oil giving you a porthole rainbow.

Regardless of what it is, taking a picture helps me store that memory. It makes sure that whenever I take a look at the picture again I remember what made me take them and in tandem remember that day.

Some of these pictures aren't great though, considering I was tired from carrying my laptop and I think my phone camera has become more blurry.
Regardless I do like how the edits looked, even this particular one that was a mistake which I didn't know how to reverse.

Regardless, these are the pictures and a little bit of a rant from me.
