Life's Greatest Finds ✨
The idea of the best find or perfect discovery of life is one that I abruptly disbelieve in.
One shouldn't put a limit on how good life's findings could get, cause for a fact which I've realized, it can always get better.
Regardless, I have found a number of thing's which have made my life considerably more enjoyable.
Things that are without a doubt able to bring a joy on my face.
I'll lay them out in the order with which they came into my life.
- Anime, Cinema and Literature
Ever since a little lad, I had been infatuated with cartoons, movies and stories. My mom was a dedicated watcher of TV shows and movies while her mum was a literature teacher and reader. These two ladies influenced my lifestyle so much that I found myself reading a hundred pages plus at ten. While watching more movies than I could count in a month.
My grades suffered heavily for the later 😂
Anime though, my most recent and most powerful findings amongst these three didn't come into my life till I was twelve.
I still remember the sense of awe as I watched Ruruoni Kenshin and then began Naruto.
A bizarre mixture of the themes of literature and cartoons all in one.
This without a doubt would be one of my best finds in life, building a collection pf the shows and being able to rewatch them and revisit the memories and stories held in them are one of the few joys in my life.
- My Love For Dogs.
I guess it would be wrong to put this below anime and literature because I already discovered my love for dogs while watching movies.
These four legged intelligent canine beasts had always intrigued me since my seeing them on the TV screen, till me getting my first twin German Shepherd pup's.
They made my days longer and far more fulfilling, and since them, I've had four more dogs each with different characters.
The two female troublemakers that are like oil and water and the lazy, nonchalant male whose only ick is being put on a chain or in his cage.
I think he feels like he's one of those farm dogs who are free to roam acres and sleep wherever or whenever 😂
Essentially, they are all rowdy guard dogs that are bred and trained to attack strangers without a second thought, but to me who trained them, they are my gifts and joy...
- Joy in Solitude and Laughter in Gatherings
This is one of my most recent discovery. The ability to have Joy.
Now it may seem like an obvious ability to some but it really isn't, the ability to be the center of laughter and joy especially when it's particularly hard to laugh.
The one people hang around with because they know that the time spent may be unproductive but would still be filling and enjoyable.
This ability of course wouldn't reach it's full potential without the right folks around so I guess my best find here would still be my friends and companions, those that can make me laugh and I could help laugh and give joy whenever and wherever.

The particular prompt is...
What do you consider to be the best find or discovery you have made in your life and why?
A few hours left before the end of this week's entry so you could still take a look if you don't have any ideas of what to write today.

How we find pleasure, joy, and fulfillment in different ways and things is a wonder. Without a doubt, your love for anime is deep :)

I could not agree any less, especially with the second and third findings. The older i get, the more i get to appreciate these things.
