He Lost the Plot

Again he played the song.

Relistening to that verse where he got the insane storyline in the morning.
He listened in frustration. The song was beautiful, it was still beautiful and he got the same feelings as he did in the morning.

Yet, he had lost the mindset...

He had lost the plot.

So he sat in silence, the song playing and replaying as he wallowed in the abject silence of his mind.

Then he slept, in hopes, at least, for a new story to come to him in his dreams..
