Where Warm Waters Meet Cold Mountains: A simple and quick family getaway at ABBO HOT SPRING !

There’s truly nothing more valuable than a quick rest and a getaway after a tiring work especially for us farmers.

Greetings to all family and friends around the world especially here on hive! We may not be related with blood but we can be family in friends wherever and whoever you are.

After several weeks of hard work and recovery from the recent storms followed by the cold weather, we finally took a short getaway with our family to Abbo Hot Spring in Poblacion, Buguias, Benguet.

It was such a fun and refreshing experience with the family, the kids couldn’t get enough of swimming! The water was pleasantly warm, perfect for relaxing. Though it was a bit crowded, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment. What’s interesting is that the water here has a slightly salty taste, which, they say, has healing power and helps relax tired muscles and veins.

If you’re from Benguet or nearby towns, this place is perfect! especially during these cold “Ber months.” Instead of taking a cold bath at home, come here and soak in the warm spring water. You’ll surely feel relaxed after. It’s also a great spot to celebrate birthdays or simply unwind after long days of work.

The kids had such a great time splashing around since it’s rare for them to do this because we don’t have rivers or streams nearby, and we seldom visit beaches or resorts. That’s why we made the most of this place, especially since it’s close to home and of course it's affordable and the water is relaxing which I love the most! Hehe

Abbo Hot Spring is one of the biggest and most spacious hot springs in the area. There are also smaller, more private bath areas and pools for families who prefer a quieter dip. It is also perfect for those rushing who wants a quick bath. But if you want to enjoy and have fun with the kids, just like we did, Abbo Hot Spring is definitely the perfect place to go.h

Having time with the family even a short period of time is really a treasure because we make memories that nothing can erase even million of time or years passed by. So always make time with your family even how busy you are.
