Wow that's a of mushroom especially you have 8 bags. This post remind me of my oyster mushroom during pandemic, I used to have oyster mushroom too and they keep on sprouting once it started and yes we can have unli-mushroom soup if we have like that at home. You're right we can even share to our neighbors because the mushroom are unstoppable specially if they are properly cared.
