Yeah! Lutenica (that's what we call it) is my favourite dish. We get the Macedonian version, which is more coarse, I think the bigger pieces of vegetables are like yours.
Yours is more like ajvar, finely chopped, which is only made of peppers but not aubergines

We have that too. In fact the extras I have talked about are for that one (Ikra) Maybe I should have put the picture of that too.
