Plumita pasta with carbonara sauce
Ingredients:

First we chop the onion into small squares and we take it to a pan with the tablespoon of butter and we begin to fry it, we add the oregano, the nutmeg and we continue mixing, when the onion is transparent we add the milk. That is, from the liter of milk we take a separate cup, which is where we are going to dilute the tablespoons of Maizena separately. To the pan where we have the onion already ready we add the liquid milk and let it cook when it is already boiling we add two strips of paprika, the salt, the sugar, the ham chopped into small pieces and half of the whole can of corn we cook for a while more and add the cup of milk where we dilute the tablespoons of cornflour. We do not stop stirring so that it does not clog, we lower the heat and continue stirring until our Carbonara thickens.

Separately, we boil water with salt and oil to make the plumita pasta, lu ho that it is cold, we place the pasta for approximately ten minutes, cosmos and serve to our liking.
