RE: You've Broken the Rules!

We have lived in our current home for over 25 years. It's the first place we've lived in that had an HOA. As far as rules go, ours are rather basic and easy to follow. But they are seriously outdated, having been written about 50 years ago. It would be costly to hire a lawyer to properly update them, and then we'd have to have a quorum to vote on them, and a majority of the quorum to pass it, none of which is likely to happen. So we just put up with the outdated rules and make the best of it.
