RE: OVER 10250 HIVE POWER!

Hive Power is always a metric that I take into consideration when curating as I don't want reward those who have been around for a long time but just dump everything they earn without giving anything back. Imo it should become some kind of unwritten rule that those without have a really hard time to get any decent upvotes, yet it doesn't seem to be the case.
