Everything starts with the ones who give the votes, that is where the change should be made.
I mainly look at how long someone has been on Hive, compared to their Hive Power as a quick indication and only vote on ones who are actually good for the ecosystem. The Ke Ratio is better and it would be nice to see it implemented into the platforms instead of the current reputation system. That would make such a huge difference already.

Much of what you said has to do with the common sense of each user. We always have to think about plural work and help everyone we can, whenever we can.
