Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - POSSIBILUS guide
Welcome Everyone
Hello Hivers and Warriors in Splinterlands, hope you all are having a great time enjoying your battles in Splinterlands. Let's enjoy the game and fight for some amazing rewards. Having battles in Splinterlands is always a good choice to spend your time. I enjoy every battles in Splinterlands and had great time in opening Rebellion packs. Normally, I will share anything about Splinterlands on the social media, it could be about cards, abilities, rulesets, battle reviews, End of Season results, or my playing experience.
The topic of this post will mainly introduce the strategy of trample line up. And let's move on and discuss how we won the battle.
The Principal Ability: Opportunity
Monsters with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Monster with the lowest health
Note: In the Fog of War ruleset, which prevents Sneak and Snipe, this ability still allows you to attack the back row
When a Monster with Trample hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next Monster on the enemy Team
Note: The Trample ability often works best when the first two Monsters on your team both have it.
The Battle Rules
59 Mana Cost
STAMPEDE: The Trample ability can trigger multiple times per attack if the trampled Monster is killed.
Up to eleven: All monsters have the amplify ability.
Counterspell: All monsters have the magic reflect ability.

The Lineup Analysis
Summoner
The POSSIBILUS THE WISE is a pretty powerful legendary summoner in water since most of melee monster in water element is strong too. The combination of POSSIBILUS THE WISE and those melee beast could be a disaster for your enemy. It costs 6 mana and enables the trample and reach ability for all my monsters. Typically, I will put two powerful melee monster in the first two place as tank and then pick up some monsters with opportunity that allows it to attack even it is not in first and second place.
Front Row
The DIEMONSHARK is definitely one of the best fits in the first place since we have enrage and retaliate ability when it comes to the max level. The enrage ability could buff the melee damage and speed of my DIEMONSHARK as long as it is not in max health. The retaliate ability counters melee monsters with 50% chance to attack once more.
Second
The COASTAL SENTRY is always my second monster in the line up that every time I use the POSSIBILUS THE WISE as my summoner since the double strike of COASTAL SENTRY is an advantage with reach ability plus the trample ability. Moreover, if we have the COASTAL SENTRY over level 6, the piercing ability also helps counter the shield of enemy.
Third
The KULU MASTERMIND is the SB reward edition that we are able to get it for free but just only luck in current meta. I just got 2 copies of this cutie in the morning from my diamond chests. The opportunity works well with the trample ability. Also, the shield and enrage ability also helps in countering all the melee and range monsters, except magic monsters. If you want to beat the KULU MASTERMIND from your enemy, try magic monsters.
Fourth
The DEEPLURKER shares the same use of my KULU MASTERMIND. It is a chaos edition beast in water element since it is super super powerful by only costing 6 mana. The opportunity provides good advantage to place it in the middle of my team and the demoralize ability could nerf my enemy. Meanwhile, the poison ability sometimes works well too.
Fifth
The MERDAALI GUARDIAN is a good supporter of your team in water element to increase the survivability of your whole team while only costing 3 mana. The strengthen ability increase the health of all my monsters by 1. The repair and tank heal ability provides good support to my front tank so I try to put it in the last few spots.
Sixth
The WAVE BROOD fits the rule set in this battle very well since it has the return fire ability once we hit it to the max level. Plus, we all have the magic reflect and amplify ability. As a result, any kinds of range or magic attack could reflect to the attack immediately. The only way to beat my WAVE BROOD is by melee attack in such condition.
Battle Result
It was a good example to proof that the Opportunity ability in trample combination works well if we pick the right monsters to fit into the team. As a result, my reflection is that I will try to use this strategy when the rule set is favorable or I have enough mana to pick all the monsters with relevant ability to make a combination.
Win Rate Analysis
The strategy works well as I have near 70% of chance in winning this battle based on 100 battles of simulation in Xbot. This website helps me improve my win rate as the time goes by since I normally check every win rate of my rank battles afterwards, which helps me build up better strategy to make more wins. Definitely suggest all of you or new comers in Splinterlands to utilize the function of this tool.
