Hello friends
I hope that I'm getting to reach out to you all in good health and stable situations, I'd love to join the discussion by throwing more light as to how I manage my anger
Anger is a feeling that contains intense negative emotions towards anyone who might have behaved wrongly to you which might lead to the reaction of making you want to shout at the cause or hurt them, in our discussion I am certain this is the main line of concentration in respect to what we're talking about.
Controlling Anger could be a very challenging stuff to do sometimes, most especially when you have it to a level that supersedes your ability to manage and control, in my own page of the story the steps i take to manage anger in my little way is I have tried to study and understand my feelings and emotions whenever am angry and I discovered Anger easily brings me confusion and when I'm in that circle it can easily escalate to controlling my thoughts and emotions leading me to an uncontrolled mind, and in other to manage such situations first strategy is trying to wash away the thoughts of what triggered the couse of that Anger and if the emotions at that point is in a very intense level I figure out leaving the environment so I can have good distance from the cause as I believe staying close and having the causes to it lingering in your mind worsen the situation.
We have different people with different reactions to Anger, people like myself are categoriesed in the species of those who gets angry with just a little pinch of any unwanted feeling while for some it take a lot to get them angry, my reactions to anger sometimes comes as equal to the cause of it and sometimes i might be able to hide my emotions but the reaction on my face could be difficult to hide. if it happens to be that the situation that triggered my anger is a minor their are chances that I can easily express them in a polite way I think I can but once I begin to sense that the situation is getting to an uncontrollable stage I try my best to stay far away so that I can have space to think of ther things which help me forget the previous situation or level it low to a controllable state at least.
People take different measures to manage anger. Some people go for therapy while some engage in yoga and many more. As a human, Anger necessary but it is a very dangerous disease that affects our comfort and we most try our possible best to shorten the doors of allowing it take control over us in anyway. People do wrong all the time, we all most understand and for us to have a balanced life all we need do is figure out how to blend with our predicaments, God bless us all.
