Bro! That is awesome. I feel as a RE I have failed not identifying an opportunity like this. I have friends that do land so can definitely have them source opportunity if I know where to target.

Mmmmm...maybe just buying up some existing properties to rent could work too? I assume jobs will be coming to the area to some extent??? Actually, maybe in nearby town since its basically just farmland there.
estimating over 3000 new jobs and tons of new businesses. it is just farmland, but that's all it ever has been. definitely opportunity for new businesses
