Interesante lo que cuentas del limón,a mí encanta exprimirle un poco al pescado.
Antes - cuando se podía comprar pollo- me gustaba freírlo y al estar bien dorado le echaba agua para que se cocinara bien por dentro. Sí a esa agua uno le agrega un chorrito de limón, el pollo queda delicioso. Por supuesto que se hierve.
, hierve, hierve, hasta que esa agua se seque por completo.

El pollo queda bien cocido dentro, y con un gusto súper delicioso.

Before—when we could buy chicken—I liked to fry it, and once it was nice and golden brown, I'd add water so it would cook through. If you add a squeeze of lemon to that water, the chicken is delicious. Of course, you boil it.

Boil it, boil it, until the water is completely evaporated.

The chicken ends up cooked through and with a super delicious flavor.
