I've personally seen many people ignore the usage of blinkers like it is something that it is meant to be overlooked which surely isn't the case and causes a lot of problems from others on the road due to the lack of information about their next moves.

Blinkers are very useful in terms of communicate while on the road and it is very effective in reducing mishaps but drivers tend to ignore it and others have to keep guessing which is something that is extremely annoying to say the least.
