Season 168 Results, Card Burning Galore, and New CA Reward Tease

Last season has been full of excitement, with how the team are delivering tons of good stuff to us, such as the new Halloween skins and the upcoming Conclave Arcana rewards but at the same time, It also comes with some tough decisions to make on whether to burn spare cards to get more glint and use it to max their soulbound rewards or to use it for the upcoming rewards.
As we know, this season marks as our last chance to earn Rebellion reward cards as they will be replaced by Conclave Arcana rewards on October 21 and regardless of whether you want to complete the current rewards or go full on the new rewards, Glint will be a very important factor regardless of our choice.
Thankfully, I was able to get Glint rewards by playing ranked battles and placing in the leaderboard, though unfortunately, I only get 100,000 k Glint this season from the supposed 150k that I will get as I was pushed through the 26th positio, and it was not because the player has outrank me in rating, but because they have a better win rate. Still, 100k Glint is better than nothing.
Modern Format Season 81 Splinterlands Report
Similar to the previous seasons, I try not to push trough the Champion league, however, I got a good win streak earlier the season and unintentionally reached champion, though I dropped in rating in the later part of the season. That means that I will have to compete in Champion leaderboard this season, which will likely to get me less glint. What a blunder to have.

Overall, I was able to be remain at top 26 in the Diamond Leaderboard, and earn an additional 100,000 Glint, as last season's leaderboard rewards.

When it comes to my SPS earnings, I earned a total of 3,715.583 SPS last season or about $ 25.56 at the current price and a total of 456,606 Glint aside from the other tokens that I earned while playing the game. Compared to last season, the SPS I earned was way higher, but the glint I earned dropped due to me falling within the Top 25 in the Diamond leaderboard, despite increasing my SPS staked.

On the other hand, I have spent 25,225.36 DEC or about $ 14.42 for renting SPS and cards as well as my entry fee for tournaments so deducting my expenses to my earnings, I was left with $ 11.14 in earnings which is better than last season, but DEC has also dropped in price. Glint purchase was mainly spent in buying card draws and major chest.
Burning Galore
Just before the season ends I started to burned my cards, beginning with my Gold Foil Rares and Epics, as well as some of the commons. I still haven't burned all of them since I was thinking of maybe I can get the missing Gold foil copies of some of the cards and get them at max level, so I can still have that additional 10% bonus when winning ranked battle. Meanwhile, some of the legendary rewards has the same level from their regular foil and gold foil counterpart, which is why I refrain from burning them for now. I will at least try to get 1 batch of legendary draws before the chance and hopefully, I can get more of this cards to level them up.

Conclave Arcana Reward Tease
For now I will just reveal partial part of its name and some of its stats, but to compensate for that, here is the art of this new reward card.

Sniper is a Water unit with the Avian Bloodline. By it's name, I'm sure you are having an idea of what one of its abilities could be. It is a card 3 with 3 speed and 3 armor. Not the fastest, but also not the slowest and that armor can certainly absorbed some of the melee and range damage that goes trough with it. May not be enough to justify it's 7 mana cost for now, but don't judge this card yet as its health and magic stats as well as its abilities remaining a mystery.
