New Players Guide: 3rd Party Splinterlands Sites You Should Know
Hello there! @saydie here, manually playing Splinterlands everyday!
With the recent months, the game has undergone many changes in order to improve the Player Experience
such as having a Free2play feature, Custom Challenges and the revamped Training Grounds with lots of quality of life updates in preparation for the onboarding campaign to get fresh players into the game. And I admit, with how the game is now, it is in a much better condition than when the time I join to the game. That said, things can still be better with the help of some 3rd Party Splinterlands Sites, developed by our passionate community members.
And so, for this week's Community Engagement Challenge, I will share with you 3rd Party Splinterlands Sites that you need to know whether you are a new player, veteran player or even a returning player to the game.
Useful 3rd Party Splinterlands Site
Before I proceed with my post, the focus of this post will be about the functionalities of 3rd Party Splinterlands Sites that I think will help New and Returning Players. You may also see that the sites that I'm about to share may have similar features so I will focus on a more specific feature that is available for each site.
Made by @bravetofu, SplinterGuide is a detailed collection of information about Splinterlands such as the game rulesets and abilities. It also shares information about the prices of different tokens that are related to Splinterlands as well as some of the major Cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB. But what I like the most about this site is its comprehensive information on cards.
Aside from showing the list of all the available cards, it also shows the stats and abilities of each cards for different leagues and assigned ranks for each card to know what are the must have cards in the game. And upon clicking on the card, we can see additional details such as the ruleset analysis which tells the player what are the best and worst ruleset for the card as well as rulesets where they cannot be played.
Peakmonsters is a 3rd party rental site created by @jarvie and @asgarth which not only allows players to rent, buy and sell cards easier but also allows players to manage their card collection easier whether they want to delegate multiple cards to other players as well as to lock, combine or burn their cards.
What's more is that players can create a personalize deck of cards or choose with card decks created by other users which makes renting an buying easier with a press of 1-click.
And in case that you do not have enough SPS staked for your reward modifier, you can also use peakmonsters to rent SPS.
🔸Xbot
As a automation service, this tool made by @sylar was something that new players would not typically use but why I added XBOT to this list is because of its Battle Vision
which allows players to simulate their previous battles and allows to modify their lineups in order to counter their opponent's team the next time that they encounter the same team composition.
For players with other accounts, @decreo made a multiple account tracker site which shows basic information for each individual accounts without the need of opening the Splinterlands site. Like for example, I can use it to monitor which account is close to full energy so that I could prioritize playing that account without the pain of checking all my at account.
Splintercard made by @tehox is by far the most comprehensive Splinterlands 3rd party site that provides a wide variety of tools and charts related to Splinterlands. But the tools that will be useable for new players was the ranked rewards calculator which allows a player to calculate their SPS rewards multiplier for the league that they are playing so that in case that they do not have enough staked SPS, they will know how much more that they need to buy or rent in order to achieved the multiplier that they want.
Aside from that, we can also use the site to monitor the progression of our soulbound rewards card so that we can know which rarity that we need to and utilize the our glint whenever we buy Rarity Draws or chest on the Glint Shop.
For the last site, Splinterstats made by @kiokizz offers players to monitor their performance of the last season such as their league ranking, rating, winrate and longest win streak.
It also provides the records for Tournament report, Rental report and SPS report which allows players to know how much they spend and how much they earn within the season.
At the same time, it has a post editor that allows a player to add more details about their season performance and quickly publish it as a blog post to earn Hive rewards.
Just take note that SPS rentals was not included in the report so you need to account that when calculating your overall expenses.
Closing
Splinterlands has an amazing and very passionate community members that uses their skills do create sites that will help other players to navigate the game easier. Kudos to the creator of this amazing tools and I hope that you continue to update this sites in the future.
