I have read many articles online recommending that people wake up at 5 in the morning (which is just before sunrise) so that they have the (physical and mental) energy to do a lot of tasks. 🤔🤓 However, someone who sleeps past midnight no longer could sleep enough to wake up at 5 in the morning. 🤔🤯😅

You should at least try to do it on your day-off per week, so that you can feel (significantly) better for your working days of the week. 🤔🧘♂️🤓😏
