A reserve has nothing to do directly with $BTC. nations hold strategic reserve - a stockpile of essential resources or materials that a government or organization maintains to safeguard against emergencies, disruptions, or shortages. The purpose of a strategic reserve is to ensure stability and continuity during crises, such as natural disasters, conflicts, supply chain interruptions, or economic shocks.

Simplest theory this is gonna increase demand of $BTC in a big way, therefore increase price and make more widely adapted.
